FREE SHIPPING

Orders over $299 may qualify for free standard ground shipping to the contiguous United States (48 states). Oversized products and other specialty products are excluded from this offer unless otherwise noted. Our shopping cart software cannot determine if a product doesn't qualify for free shipping, however, If a product doesn't qualify for free shipping we will contact you regarding shipping coasts. MMS Autosport will select what shipping method to use on all "free Shipping" orders regardless of what shipping method is selected at check out.  Faster shipping is available if the customer agrees to pay the difference from standard shipping to next day shipping.  Complete the order and contact us regarding faster shipping so that we can change it for you.

Shipping/Returns

MMS Autosport IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LABOR COST OR INCIDENTAL COST INCLUDING COSTS INCURRED DUE TO DAMAGE TO OTHER PARTS DURING INSTALLATION. MMS IS ONLY LIABLE FOR THE COST OF THE PRODUCT ORDERED FROM OUR WEBSITE. Labor cost is the sole responsibility of the customer.  A reputable installation/repair facility will always make sure that the part in question is the correct part and is in good condition before installing it. If you do not agree to this policy, simply return prior to installation.



Shipping Options
Qualifying shipping options are displayed in your shopping cart at the time of purchase. MMS cannot guarantee NEXT DAY delivery. It is upto the carrier to deliver your order on time.
Orders received before 12:00 PST will be processed same day.
Orders received after 12:00 PST will be processed the following business day.


Return Policy
An MMS representative must be contacted to explain any issue with your item and your reason for requesting a return prior to returning your item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Authorized returns are processed ONLY after the item is received at MMS and inspected carefully. MMS reserves the right to deny a return request.

Returned parts must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging and received by MMS no later than 30 days after the sale date for a refund. No returns are allowed on custom built products or custom orders. Deposits to hold items are not refundable. All returned items are thoroughly inspected before a refund is issued.
A 20% restocking fee of the full item purchase price will be charged to all returns not due to our error. If an item (that qualifies for free shipping) is returned we HAVE TO charge for the shipping of that item.
There is no refund for any shipping charge on returned items.

Defective Product
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. We are NOT responsible for incorrect vehicle fitment.  It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm fitment before purchase.  Please inspect your order as soon as it’s received. Fulfillment mistakes made by MMS resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return if received by MMS within 30 days from the date of purchase. Defective or incorrect parts will be exchanged upon receipt of the returned part at our expense. 

Late Delivery Of The Carrier
MMS is NOT responsible for late delivery of your package by the carrier. MMS will not file a claim with any carrier to refund your shipping cost due to a late delivery of the package for any reason.

Shipping/Receipt of Goods
MMS will ship all orders within four business days of original order date unless otherwise notified. Backorder fulfillment and shipping will occur as soon as product is made available. MMS cannot be held responsible for backorder delays or make guarantees of availability or product delivery.

MMS reserves the right to ship items with any selected carrier. Orders may ship without the requirement of signature authorization unless otherwise requested by the buyer. If requested, the buyer agrees to pay any additional charges for such service.  Items delivered to the buyer’s indicated shipping address, without signature authorization, becomes the property of the buyer. Any such incidence that occurs after delivery is the sole responsibility of the buyer. MMS cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items once delivered to the buyer.  Your use of this site to purchase product indicates your acceptance and full understanding of these terms.

Damaged Product
For products that are damaged during shipping, you must file a claim with the carrier. A resolution will be completed by the carrier. For defective products please refer to the “Defective Products” section above.
